What are the wash care instructions for your products?
As our shoes are all handmade and embellished with a lot of details, we advise against washing them with harsh detergents and bleach. Subjecting them to heat can damage the upper materials and destroy the delicate embellishments. We recommend dry cleaning the shoes to maintain the colour and trims.

What Is The Minimum Order Value Required To Place An Order?
There is no Minimum order value required to place an order. However, there is a small delivery charge for orders below Rs. 2500
How Do I Know My Order Has Been Confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email after the payment is made and the order is placed successfully.
How do I redeem my store credit voucher code?
You can enter your voucher code at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied to your order.
What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?

Do you offer discounts?
We run seasonal campaigns and offer discounts. Please follow us on Instagram @shopbabydoe for the latest information.
Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
All our shoe boxes are designed as gift boxes, as we believe in making everything look pretty for our little ones. We do not offer additional gift-wrapping services.
Do you offer combo options?
We have beautifully designed hair bands and hair clips with handmade flowers to match most of our shoes. Please check the Bundles page for more options or write to us at hello@shopbabydoe.com for any specific requests.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer an option to cancel an order through the website. Please get in touch with us at hello@shopbabydoe.com along with the order details.
If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as store credit to be used within 3 months from the date of issue. We do not offer refunds.
Can I modify or change my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order modification through the website. Please get in touch with us at hello@shopbabydoe.com along with the order details.
Please note if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify your order. The order will have to be canceled and a new order will need to be processed.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been processed.
Do you ship to all cities within India?
We have partnered with one of the largest shipping companies in the country and deliver to more than 30,000 pin codes. In case of any queries, please reach out to us at hello@shopbabydoe.com
How soon will my order reach me?

Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs.2500 within India. For orders below this limit, we charge a small fee of Rs.100.
What if my pincode isn’t getting detected?
Our courier partners deliver to most parts of the country. In the case, if your pin code isn’t getting detected please email us at hello@shopbabydoe.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are delivering to limited countries for now. To know more, you can email us at hello@shopbabydoe.com
Is there an additional shipping charge for international delivery?
Yes, International shipping charges are as per actuals. Once you have decided on your order, we will try and get you the best courier price options.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking details. For any further details, you can email us at hello@shopbabydoe.com

Do you offer COD?
Yes! COD is available for all orders. You can check on the checkout page if Cash on Delivery is available in your pincode.
How do I pay for my order?
We have a number of payment options available at checkout. You can choose what is most convenient for you. The options include:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI payment

Do you save credit card information on the website?
No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway directly for billing.
Do you offer a cash refund?
No, we do not offer a cash refund. We will be happy to issue a store credit that will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
How does store credit work?
In case you are unhappy with the product or your required size isn’t available, we will be happy to issue a store credit voucher. You can use this voucher for any future orders placed on our website within 3 months from the date of issue.
Returns:
Can I return my order?
If you want to exchange due to any reason, we are happy to replace your order. Please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I return the hairband I purchased from the website?
No return or exchange of accessories.
What items cannot be returned?
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items
- Damaged or used product
- Soiled or altered product
- Missing shoe box
All returns/exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection done by the team at Baby Doe and their discretion will be final when accepting returns/exchange. Items that do not qualify for a return will be returned to the customer.
What is your return process?
For any reason, if you choose to return your order within 7 days of receiving it, we will be happy to exchange/offer store credit.
Please raise a return request through the website or write to us at hello@shopbabydoe.com. Once the return request is accepted by our team, you will receive a notification with the return pickup details.
We offer an exchange only once, please ship the product back to us at the registered address or get in touch with us at hello@shopbabydoe.com
Once received at our warehouse, all products are subject to a quality inspection done by the team at Baby Doe and their discretion will be final when accepting returns/exchanges. Items that do not qualify for a return will be returned to the customer. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, that includes tags, boxes, and invoices.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items
- Damaged or used product
- Soiled or altered product
- Missing shoe box
After successfully placing your exchange order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you do not receive the email please check the spam folder or contact us at hello@shopbabydoe.com. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
In case an exchange is not available for your selected product, we will issue a store credit that will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
We do not offer cash refunds.
What is the Return Policy for discounted products?
Baby Doe does not offer exchange/return on discounted or season-end sale products.

What is Your Privacy Policy?
We respect your right to privacy while shopping with us. This is one of our top priorities. Hence, we only ask for the most necessary information that is required by us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the order status. The information we collect includes your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We share only the relevant details with our delivery partner to make sure that your order reaches you safely and within the stipulated time frame. We do not store your credit/debit card or payment details.
