Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Our size guide has been developed to be consistent with international sizes, in case there's a size issue, please feel free to email us at hello@shopbabydoe.com
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, that includes tags, boxes, and invoices.
We offer an exchange only once, please ship the product back to us at the registered address or get in touch with us at hello@shopbabydoe.com
Can I return the hairband I purchased from the website?
No return or exchange of accessories.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items
- Damaged or used product
- Soiled or altered product
- Missing shoe box
All returns/exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection done by the team at Baby Doe and their discretion will be final when accepting returns/exchange. Items that do not qualify for a return will be returned to the customer.
No return or exchange of accessories.
In case an exchange is not available for your selected product, we will issue a store credit that will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
We do not offer cash refunds.
